Technical and domain knowledge as well as soft skills were the main focus area of the program. The IETP addressed various aspects such as the Retentivity Model of the Human Brain, Considering View Points, The Way We See & Listen, the Importance of listening, Wellness in the workplace, soft skills, How to deal with people/students/faculty, technical skills like MS Office.
